sinth gameport to usb
Help neededI Recently bought myself a new pc, turns out it doesn't have a gameport for my synth. Already got myself a gameport to usb cable thingy, but vista fails to recognise the synth... Anyone got an idea? thx in advance

search for latest drivers or driver updates for your synth. And be shure your synth gets power(stroom) succes nog
i suppose you mean midi when you say gameport? anyway, vista won't 'recognize' a midi synth in any way. the usb-midi interface you got (which one?) just serves as a communication port between your sequencer software and your synth. does windows install your interface correctly? in that case there s probably something wrong with the midi settings of your sequencer or synth.
