their pc are soooo cheap, but very powerfull!!! i bought one, my 2 friends bought one, and none of us has ANY complaints; the service, the delivery... all top!! with 1200 euro, you will even have money left for a nice 19" flatscreen (or 2). for example: i bought a amd 3500+ 64bit (dual cpu possible), ati9250 (dual video-output), 7.1 surround, 16X dual layer dvd+-rw writer, ... FOR 600 EURO!!!!!!

they deliver @ home for 20 euro extra, or you can obtain it in bredene.

cheap indeed but I wouldnt know what i need to compose a pc and make it compatibel with eachother... somebody can help me on this on eto? :D

u need a case, motherboard, processor, videocard, harddrive, screen and a cd(dvd)-r(w)! don't forget a mouse and a keyboard! :D :P if u have €600 left, buy yourself a good soundcard!

Did those parts perhaps "fell out of the container" or something...? lol

i bought my pentium 4, 2,6 Ghz, 512 ram, creative audigy soundcard, cdR etc.. some 1,5 years ago in a little do-it-yourself shop in Leuven! for about 800 euro...

I don't know if they are still that cheap, but I recommend it to everyone! (several of my friends but one there too)

just make sure you get a good quality motherboard and power supply.

two very important things but often forgot ...

personnaly i recommend

power supply: akasa or antec motherboard: asus ram: kingston ( or corsair if you can afford it ). Minimum 1gb pc case: antec (or if you have a 19" rack, then get a 4U 19" rack .. more expensive, but far more practical if you already have a rack) hdd: avoir maxtor .. they cheap but they keep failing. get a Seagate or Western Digital, or even samsung. dvd burner: plextor videocard: depends on what you going to do with your pc. if only music making etc... MATROX, otherwise if you need 3d acceleration for games, get nvidia or ati. soundcard: audiophile 2496 a classic . not too expensive and good.

note: i'm not that much into gaming and pc-tuning, i'm just giving my personal opinion on components i usually buy and/or sell

Motherboard: xpm12 soundcard : soundblaster 2 dvd writer: plexus lx3 etc...

all depends on budget and tastes :)

i'm more of an intel person, because i remember back in the days all the problems with non-intel chipsets ^^

also depends where you buy, they don't all have the same parts at the same price :)

Make a wish-list and and do not let the shopkeeper try 2 sell u something else! (they're always trying 2 get rid of their older motherboardz etc.)

I believe ZARk made up quite a list, no? Personally, never had problemz with maxtor, i have 2 HD's that are almost 8 yearz old, still running! And i'm not into Soundblaster, they say they're pro-musician, but i've seen better...

i've sent back to maxtor 4hdd's already, 3 of them were 120gb ide ... all having the same problem ... so i probably ran into a faulty serie or something.

and my 120gb sata seems like it's going to give up soon.

anyway, avoid the supermarket pc's ^^ and make sure you have a good powersupply and motherboard.

(because the day your powersupply breaks, ... a bad powersupply will damage the rest of your hardware, but a good powersupply shouldn't...)
