For this first edition we invited a METALHEADZ SESSION.
Music provided by the “First Lady of Drum’n’Bass”, DJ STORM, alongside DJ LEE. Lyrically guided by the one and only MC STIRLIN. Addicted Kru, Machakil and mentalLAB’s Krewzader & Mc Mush will complete this night of drum’n’bass madness. The venue will be fully decorated by Cé Gordier from Funky Media, an exclusive lasershow will be provided by MP light&sound And if you forgot how to dance, we’ll have a stage with dancing girls to show you how it’s done. All this in the new club in Affligem, Evizza!

DJ STORM (Metalheadz) UK

The biography of DJ Storm’s career has changed dramatically in the last years. Tragically her best friend and DJ-ing partner, Kemistry, was suddenly killed in a car accident as they were returning from a gig in April 1999.

The pair were a unique and pioneering element in our scene, as the only duo in the circuit, each with a strong identity which perfectly complemented eachother’s style. They were even quoted in interviews as saying they felt one person, and there was not a moment they could imagine working separately.

The empire began with the label, Metalheadz. Kemistry & Storm were an integral part of the uprising of this most-respected imprint alongside Goldie, by recruiting artists, and working on press and promotion for the label.

Having the music beside her, Storm has found a way to carry on as an artist. what she and Kemi shared, more than anything else, was this undeniable passion for drum’n’bass. So with her dubplates in hand, she continues the journey, with an angel in mind and the bass to keep her moving.

DJ LEE (Metalheadz) UK

Lee's involvement and history in the UK's underground dance scene dates way back to the late 80's. Since then, Lee has become a steady name on the circuit, known for his splendid dj sets as well as his involvement in Timeless, Vinyl Distribution and Atlas Recordings fame.

He is famed for being continually upfront with his selection making him one of the most exciting, & much sought after DJs on the circuit. Lee manages to please the true music connoisseurs as well as the casual 'good time' punters which can not be said for many DJs in the upper echelons of the DnB hierachy.

The one and only Metalheadz lyrical soldier! From London to the US, this MC has been smashing dancefloors alongside GOLDIE for some time now...
