DEVHAUS is an artist community who's first goal it is to be know to as many as possible. In this optic, the artists accept to indicate on all other media that they will submit to the public (e.g. Flyers, posters, albumcovers,other websites ...) to indicate that the are, or have been present on the DEVHAUS website, by mentioning "as seen on http://www.devhaus.be" or "as has been seen on http://www.devhaus.be".
This obligation lasts for 5 years after the last release of any Material to DEVHAUS. Any infringement regarding this obligation will cause automatically and without prior warning, a fixed 5% fine of the turnover realized of the event, sale ore other, in relation with the above mentioned submissions as an indemnification to DEVHAUS.
i bet no one who is registered on there has any idea about this :)

if i am not mistakin, there was a treath ( on ebel) a few month ago from some guy promoting belgiummp3 ...
