iosbinpack: lots of bug reports

Hello,

I hope it's okay that I keep bugging you about this, even though I've already emailed you a couple of times ? Here's a list of bugs I've encountered so far. Tested on iPad mini running iOS 9, aka 32-bit armv7(s).For whatever reason, login doesn't work. it fails to initialize, and just returns [process completed], cp doesn't support the -T argument. This causes Cydia stashing (/usr/libexec/cydia/move.sh) to fail. is this a bug?iOS, by default, uses sh. Is there any way to fix or work around this?
