depends what kind of tech you talk about...  If it's tech for techno/schranz, then I guess it belong to the root of the category "techno".  If it's more for hardtek like hardcore (fast noisy stuff), I guess it belongs to the root of hardcore...   Hope it helps!

tek and hard tech etc is posted in the main techno section... It has been asked before on ebel .. even by me... But there is not enough hard tech to create such section...

just post it in techno... it happens often
