So i want to to connect my mixtable on my pc and make it work like my sounds are recorded on my computer only, is that possible?
certainly, it's possible just conect your mixtable bus or your auxilliar out put t your input soundcard.
yes if possible use cubase if you want to syncronise your external machines with your pc, but there are some other soft to record audio, if it's only that what you need, certain there are freeware ;)

I always use HDogg to record DJ sets
very straightforward, easy to use
i connect my mixer to my computer mic in using a cinch to mini jack cable. next you open the windows mixer (click on the speaker right at the bottom of your screen) choose options, select recording, choose your mic as source, start HDogg balance the volume using the VU in HDogg (play the loudest part of your set or play just "in the red" on your mixer VU)
you're ready, press record and put on tour record/cd/tape wathever
