Now since a few weeks , I've got this irritating and painfull feeling in my right ear when I hear something loud , like when and ambulance passes by , or just loud music , even when I'm listening music on my laptop without being connected with speakers. Terrible highs really gives me a feeling like there's something shaking in my ear. Sometimes painfull , sometimes just irritating. Somebody who has tis to? extra info : I'm called a HSP (high sensitive person) Maybe that's why I have that feeling?
yeah maybe.. I just putted some forks and knives in the vaatwasmachine. And damn it hurted ! A few months ago I went to the docter and he saw nothing bad. He said my ears are perfectly fine , maybe make him look better the next time. And what i must add : a few weeks ago I smashed some bottles in a glasbak , and I couldn't hear from my right ear for the hole day. But the irritating and painfull feeling.. I have it from before I smashed those bottles. maybe this act just made it wers? I don't know..

If that is the case, I'd advise you to stay away from loud noises as much as possible. Because that can make it worse, and eventually you might end up with a severe case of ear damage. And you really don't want that. If the sound doesn't go away you should really go see a specialist instead of just your regular doctor.
Maybe it's me , or does everyone have the problem that after a party you can't hear shit for 1 whole day.

I would put in earprotection if I hadn't have to wear an ipod in the streets. I have pdd-nos and I really can't walk on the streets alone without any music. But I'm going to see a specialist , I'll call tomorrow. in that case, put the music very low, cause it's causing even more damage than other noise since it's directly into your ear
Mate, go and see a otorhinolaryngologist doctor NOW! This is an emergency.
i lost 30% of my hearing capacities last year after one month of mindbursting pain.
Nowadays I have to use these now when at work:
... and trust me these things are soooooo lame... and I absilutely hate them...you only hear mid freqs... but they prevent me from saying "whot?", "sorry?" & "can you repeat please?" all the time because you take a very hard time to understand what the person in front of you tells you... especially when theres background noise. This was a serious issue for my job.
If i had seen a doctor earlier, the loss would probably be less. Notice that your ear never recovers after such incidents.
Even now, when I dont wear earprotection at a concert, the pain comes back the day after.
These cost about 170 euros. The sound is great. The plugs reduce the volume by 25 dB and only the very high freqs get lost.
Don't be kidding with ears. This is serious shit!
i have a friend who has also a problem in his ears, he was exposed to a very loud noise at his work, and since then he cant listen to music loud anymore, he has some kind of pain and hes kinda doomed, when he go to parties he has to put eardops in his ears, since then he has been a few times to the doctor, havent heard the results and the bettering yet, ill ask him someday
among other things, i work as a safety-coordinator on construction sites. there's a simple rule to use to determine whether you should wear protection or not.. if you're standing face to face with someone with 1 meter between each other, and you have to raise your voice to become understandable, it's assumed that the noise is actually loud enough to cause permanent hearing loss and therefor ear protection should be worn. you'd be surprised how often this occurs.
