excuse me, but does one need max/msp to run major malfunction ? look like a good synth.
you don't need max msp but pluggo runtime and it's not a synth but a glitch vst like. Try effectrix it's nice to.

take pluggo runtime and u can read pluggo plungins, there is a lot of free plugin on the net.
