In a track I've been working on in fruity loops, the rapture vsti is acting up. Whenever I want to load an fx vst on another channel, the rapture synth is also effected.   Any suggestions? Thanks

Does rapture have multiple outputs? If so each output is routed into the tracks next to the one you've assigned. The FL shortcut assign to new mixer track does not recognize these tracks as being occupied (because there's no plugin directly assigned to the track), so that might be the problem.

Another problem might be that you have the rapture track sending to the other track. (each mixer track can be used as a sendbus)

The sending thing was the problem. Hadn't come accros that feature before, could hold some nice new tricks in store. Thanks man!

Depends on what you're after but I'm sick of vanguard since about 2006 I think ;). No really, vsti's like rapture, massive & zebra2, they're just a leugue higher than vsti's like rapture :))

never cared much for vanguard, except for the gate function. i'd love to have that as an fx plugin.

Try this one http://www.araldfx.com/downloads.php?ticketaction=download&ticketid=1597 It's even better. The mg triggergate (free too) even has the same design as vanguard, but it can handle only up to 1/16th. You can bypass that lack by doubling the bpm ofcourse.
