Alfa Matrix launches a polling contest were YOU get to vote for your favourite 'up and coming' band ! This contest is a big part of the preparation for the 5th edition of the cult "Endzeit Bunkertracks" 4CD box compilation series for which Alfa-Matrix is still accepting submissions until 15th October 2009 (send your material to endzeit@alfa-matrix.com ).
"After countless listening hours during the first pre-selection phase, Alfa-Matrix has decided to organise a very unique polling contest were we are inviting everyone to vote for one artist of your choice", says Seba Dolimont, Head of Artist Relations at Alfa Matrix.
Alfa-Matrix has already selected the 5 best up and coming (and still unsigned!) bands to appear on the new Endzeit Bunkertracks sampler. Now it is YOUR turn to make your voice heard ! You have the power to cast your vote and elect the best from these top 5 bands.
Vote wisely, because the stakes are high! Top Prize is a record deal with Alfa-Matrix. Yes, that's correct, the band that receives the most votes in the contest will have the opportunity to release their album on Alfa Matrix in 2010.

Hey thanks for the initiative guys, much appreciated.But remember to vote for the band you like best; fair is fair.Plus: if we get the record deal, we can't post our shit on ebel anymore, at least not the songs on the CD...We're hoping that the whole fuzz brings us a bit closer to doing some live gigs again. Labels can do quite a lot for you when it concerns bookings and management, but the idea of winning is pleasing though...
I voted, but really because I liked Timetrick the most!! So It's a well deserved vote!!!

whatever works for you guys... anyway, the 1323 votes you've got so far are 1323 people that really like your music, so that's not bad for a fanbase. imagine you would have to organise a backyard-BBQ for those people! -,^
