UG1 Jammate300

I was actually looking for a cheap electric guitar cause i wanted to start learning guitar (for real this time) While browsing some store's website I came upon this http://www.usbband.com/UG1_jm300.htm

It's a rather cheap pack (±200EURO) containing a guitar, headphones and strange enough: USB-cable and software to plug the guitar into your LAPTOP (or whatever) directly. Since I was planning to use guitars in my "electronic" songs, this looked rather interesting.

Has anyone got some experiance with it? It seems damn cheap to me for the stuff you get...

I've got a midi-interface with the option to plug guitar- and mic-jacks, so i could just buy a normal guitar and do it that way... but stil, it looked interesting.
