forum mod
General discussionthe idea would be to make the way the forum appears on your homepage modifiable: users can select wich section of the forum appears on the homepage...
that way people that don't want to have party post cluthering their homepage, or people that are only intrested in the socialize section will receive only the info they want...

the need of it?? Personaly im very bored with all the party spamz about a party in Tombouctu or Calcutta. A mod option for the forum will solve all 'problems' we can have with him... But i dont know if its a lot of work for ZARkulusMingus, if yes, we should be able to survive with the forum as he is now :)

me too...it's the first thing i check, then onliners and then all comments, then my modpage and then muzic section for muzic out of my modgenres...
i know some users are against this idea in first message...(had to notice it the last time mentioned) but if it isn't a lot of work for zark it's the easiest and less annoying solution... being able to choose is ultima thule... some people don't have as many options as we have.

why remove party posts??? aren't organisers the people who should book us?? if i would be a orgnaniser; i wouldn t book someone from a site i can t put my parties on! some people over here are too narrowminded...
its not about deleting the party spam, of course we need some, its about the way you can custom your forum in the front page or not, i think it could be nice to have a choice option for the forum. not too narrowminded i hope 8o
