but then when i realised the huge amount of drgoznos all over the world i decided to change it...since i ran out of every inspiration it became gozno

Mine was a random lettercombination wich was normally a songtitle but then akwalek almost forced me to use it, so i did :D , it's reasonably better than my previous ones, salamadictus , ted the bear, 50Cl , xmd turns out meutn also means "kalf" in dutch :D ( for the frenchies : something like fool :D )

When I have make my first live I had no pen name. I come from a town in Adrenne, as people speak "patois", I said to myself why not Dialekte (written in German). Yes it is quite stupid :)

well i had to choose a name... i had no idea... or i was to shy to make any decision.. i've always been very close to scandinavian culture, mostly swedish.. so my friend panzerkunst told me to look in the ikea catalogue :D

but i chose something else... the most delicious souvenir from sweden... eating muesli with sour yoghurt in the morning... it was so so good! mmm filmjölk :p and it suits well with my calm music..

when you look at soccergames it always has the first three letters of the teams....

I didn't came up with my, or I should say "our" name... in fact we had started a project (2 friends of mine and me) with the name klangstabil... we were mainly into Djing and VJing... but we rapidly realized that there was actually allready a klangstabil, some indus group from Germany, so we changed it a bit into klangstabil kollektiv (yeah it's a long name...), but the guys from klangstabil, got to us, and "kindly" asked us to search for another name... Well, after some brainstorming we came up with the READY. concept, inspired by everything we cherish... c64 and the whole 80's area... but most people don't read the "." so we now write it as READYdot or READY DOT... in fact my "real" name in the READYdot group is "Blast!" and me friends are "Woosh!" and "Bang!"... it's a fascinating story, ain't it ^^

But everything you hear from READYdot is all my production, allthough "Woosh!" produces also music, but he hasn't had his coming out yet ^^

I got mine from the friend i lived with when i started dj'ing. As all apprentices i sucked bigtime, and when i was practicing he started to say "dj hectic is at it again".

When the 1st party i had to play came along they asked what name they should put on the flyer, i instantly said "Hectic" and sticked to it since (about 10 years now - omfg im getting old)

A few years ago i added some extra c's to avoid confusion with those other 99999thousand hectic's outthere.
