General discussionwe need to organize ourself for this event.
Its gonna be hard to mek everybody happy, are you okay with the idea we all go there the friday and spend a night to saturday, play saturday night and go back 'direct' after the show (not payin 2 hotel nights) ...???
RENT A VAN: 200€ for 9 ppl --> 22,22€ for one seat
The meeting point are Central station BXL and Station of Ghent, cant say the hours exactly for now but its gonna be early cause of the sound chek etc enz...
note that the van probably wont mek 2 go and returns so if u come its friday and you ll come back sturday after the show.
HOTEL: 98€ for 4 ppl room --> 24,50€ the night
ZARk found theese prices, if u can find better go for it!!!!
edit by firefrog: the artists who use the service of the van and/or hotel will have a smaller fee, since their fee will be deminished by the costs they make on the van and/or hotel. this is the most fair thing towards other artists who don't use these services ;) the standardfee for an artist is 90 euro.

FOR THE RETURN, Firefrog wont come back in the van and disterality take his place with his girlfriend, so it makes 10 ppl; we need someone goin back by car with ELFEN maybe or Mik, is it possible for u guys to mek it like this??

if someone wants to return with the van, but didn't GO with the van (no "aller" only "retour", cause u went with another artist's car who left before u) can use my seat for half the price, cause i return with my parents
comon me lads! post here if you'd like to use the offer, cause november 36 is heading fast towards us!
i first have to know if the van goes on friday and saturday or only on friday... since friday will be next to impossible for me to get there...
so as i said in previous threads, for saturday i want to reserve 2 places... if the van does not go there saturday, i want to reserve 2 places to get back in belgium...

yeah they have rooms of two, its 69€ ,
for a room of 8 ppl max, its 22 each person, not so expensive but i doubt we will be 8 willing to sleep in the same room ( personaly i dont care just need a walkman to sleep :p )

I'm a bit depressed now....Gin Moore can't make it, serious surgery, real serious, :-((
so it's just me on stage with a little dj set of my stuff.....

ABout the van already said we will leave Belgium the friday early and come back saturday after the show, so the van wont drive saturday from Belgium to Holland soryy But you got yer place to come back since Firefrog go back on his own
