Ebel Psy Compilation??
General discussionWouldnt it be a fine idea to make an ebel (dark)psy compilation. Correct me if i am whrong but there have been other concept ebel albums before,no? Maybe we could just put up a free to download album trough the ebel netlabel? Ebel responsibles and Psy artists,let me hear your voice about this!

Nothing stops you from making one. Compile a tracklist and see what others have to say. If the quality of those tracks is good, zark might consider putting it on the netlabel.

all other concept compilations had a member behind them to organize things. i just don't have time, and not always the right knowledge to do it :)
like dark-psy, i don't know much about it, so it's best that someone with good knowledge of it makes a playlist :)
5 Steps to making a netlabel compilation :
1/ Look around the site for tracks that are suitable 2/ Contact the artists to know if they want to update that track, and send a hi-resolution version 3/ Prepare the tracklist 4/ Ask around for a graphic artist 5/ Send a mail to info@electrobel.be to have me check it all out :)
With the risk of being seen as an arrogant prick... and as a psymoderator my opinion is that the quality of the most darkpsy here on ebel is too poor. BUT once people have a goal and you tell them to remix their music to improve quality for cd (net)release, quality tends to get better. But for now: not industry standards I'm afraid.
@Bandarlog-There are many fine tracks on ebel,and yes the quality is poor but all mp3!You cant keep your sound clean if you render to that crapcodec.Maybe sugestion if posibal:allow flac files aswell to up in ebel player. @Zark-Tnx,gonna mak my work of it. Also i btw cast my vote to enter a darkpsy substyle :p
Das een uitspraak die niet gehinderd is door enige voorkennis. I don't think bandarlog was referring to the soundquality of the tracks, but more to the tracks themselves.
Anyway, if you can compile a great compil, all the better. Prove him wrong!

bandarlog is not talking about audio quality but about production quality...

maybe it will give dark-psy composers a target, and motivate them to make them tracks even better.
Not all compilations are automatically added to the netlabel, only quality things are. But it shouldn't discourage, but motivate :)
reading this makes me wanna make a IDM compilation...
in idm there r really really good songs here on ebel...
i will make a list, master it, make a album cover and upload the .zip...
ill show you how easy it is :D

btw: I think IDM is ready for it, there are some very good quality tracks in that section (already).
