Hi! At the moment I'm working on a specialised music production search engine. The idea is to create one that searches only relevant and quality sites that have to do with music production and 'aanverwanten'.

The idea was that if the tool was finished and approved, we maybe could put it on electrobel. It would be very handy for all of us (I will definitely use it! :) ) as we only search relevant stuff.

So what can YOU do to help?

  • please post a list of sites you know, you use and give good and usefull information. The more good site-links I can include in the search-engine, the better it will be for us searchers, the faster and the funner!

Let me know what you think! 8)

Nice idea,

I've got a list of music tuition links on my website, along with a description of each site, maybe you can start there.

The adress : http://users.pandora.be/jacobus/

Click the Music Tuition link.

little question: can your search handle dynamic sites with underlying databases/CMS (like most of the sites above)?

Yes it does if I think I get your question right. I'm no expert in this stuff (don't know what cms is), it's just a new google tool ('google co-op'), it's very easy and basic, just add all the sites you want to have in your results and it does the rest by itself! :) I tried it out and it works. Also searches "inside the site" so not only on www.soundonsound.com but also www.soundonsound.com/article/kdfldfhero.php or things like that (i guess this is what you mean with your question?) 8) thanks for the links, i use some of them too! greetz
