electrobel party
Eventssalut les djeunes, je me demandais si electrobel avait déjà organisé un événement pour faire écouter tout les morceaux qu'il rassemble.
faudrait peut-etre en discuter ensemble, en tout cas, avec les musiciens intéressés. étant donné que ce serait sans doute principalement du laptop muziq je suppose, et vu tout les genres proposés, faudrait articuler cela d'une manière intéressante: par exemple, investir une maison a plusieurs étages , et avoir des mini-live dans chaque piècec ou étage. mais occuper toute la maison. Y en a une près de flagey qui fonctionnerait bien je crois.
qu'en pensez - vous ?

First of all, have to say I like your idea, but try to post your threads in English. We're a multilingual community so we've got to have only 1 language, which is english. Nothing personal of course :) I'd just wanted to let you know so you can keep it in mind for the future.
And for tha party, go take a look here. We've allready come up with a couple of plans there...

no problem here goes in summary :
he wanted to know if we already organised a party to play all of our tracks ... then he suggests getting a house and setting up different rooms each with a liveset from different genres ....
thats basically his excellent suggestion
Nice suggestion, but you need to find a house for that :-) someone here who can get his parents out and lend his house :D

actually, i forgot to mention it, he knows a cool one on Flagey (that's in IXELLEs .. in bxl ..) that could do the trick :) it probably has something to do with Printemps XTraLarge (that's my deduction ... considering that festival is all over ixelles)
cool idea, but you are forgetting one thing : neighbours!
If you do a party in a house, it's not gonna take 2 hours before the cops shut it down...
Try to find a house that isn't build too close to neighbours and make good arranged with the neighbours. Also keep it sortof a private party.
oups, sorry for posting in french, i was out of my mind.
so, basically, i was wondering if there were plans to use the electrobel production collection to be showcased in a party, full of lives. my suggestion is to use a house with many rooms, as there are many genres in electrobel mp3 collection. since most people play on their laptop, i think it would be pretty manageable. we could have mini livesets in each room of the house. as for the Flagey place, i remember going once into a house nextdoor la cambre (not where XL festival is going on, that's teh school actually). uriel and bogusman and the likes were having a dirty trash electro punk section if my mind doesn t fail me... maybe we should ask them?
