Not more than 1 track per artist per day. except for ICZ songs.

Songs less than 100seconds should be moved to ICZ

users are allowed to post more than one song a day ...
it's up to you to authorise them at the 1 song / a day rate ...
so don't block them, just leave them there, and the next day authorize one more etc...
so don't send messages to users telling them they can't post more than one a day, that's not true. You can however send them a message telling them only one a day will appear on the site. usefull for new users. older users usually know the drill.
okay, now i'm going back to being busy, got 6 exams tmrw and thursday ...
don't worry , i'm not the type to start stalking people with angry pm's... I just keep my eyes open and respect the mod rules, it's easy enough imho... 8)

i've move some tracks coz i've thinking that's not the good genre the user have choice, and always the guys aren't happy, and have received some things like, how can you know what i'm doing or something like that, so now i'll never touch at those "buttons" but for the rest, all is okay
