Hi,
I would like to do between 10 and 50 vinyls of a song i did. Do you know a website or a shop where i could get such services :
for about 100 euro for 10 or 300 euro for 50...
Is it only a dream ? :-#
Thanks a lot in advance !
i think its a dream i didnt found anyone ready to press less than 300 copies dont forget to tell sadam ;-) coz the pressing plant wont press if you dont have their authorisation anyway :/ if u dont want to pay, just give your sister or neighbour's name as the composer you dont pay if someone isnt registered at sadam
k heb eens ergens gelezen over een vinyl schrijver maar k vind er nergens iets van terug.
yeah, i see all companies require me to fullfill sabam/riaa/sacem/whatever forms and supply copyright autorisations... that's a little annoying, i even don't know if all my samples are clear of rights... lol.
Better find out where the samples come from first :-/ I was hot to do a small whitelabel pressing for me and a few friends, but it seems it's not as easy as it looks , unless i have a vestax vinyl cutting machine ( costing more than 3000 euro )...

Thanks :) had to search a little bit, as it is soundstReam.nl, but they look more expensive than vinylogue.com , in france... About twice more expensive :)
But thanks anyway !
B.t.w., mastering a vinyl is a complete different process then mastering a CD or any other digital format. Honestly, i don't think yours is good enough :) There's this whole creepy thing with low frequencies that can f**k your vinyl if you don't master them correctly, plus a bunch of other things ( like phase problems etc. ), plus a limited dynamic range ( compared to CD's that is ). Vinyl mastering needs to be done by someone who really knows the job i'm afraid...
There's a guy in New Zealand that makes them starting at 50 copies, but they are the really thin type, they only last for about 100 playings or less.
Other than that, I agree with the mastering comment. And I don't know anyone who actually knows how to master vinyl well..
