I'm intermittendly having problems reaching electrobel from several locations. so I think it's not pc or provider related. known problem?
weird, maybe it's due to the ip-change we did ...
but i'm on telenet too at home and didn't notice much trouble :s
and here on skynet i didn't have trouble either ...
Most of the time i got to switch off my firewall to get in electrobel !!! About 5 times on the 10. And this since a week or two.

Never had probs (having Telenet and a software firwall:Sygate Personal Firewall), my girlfreind had some she's using SkyNet ADSL and has Norton Internet Security(or how does the whole bullock suite calls:-))
So... Maybe some have a local ip storage like the LOHOST file on their pc(just an idea)
