i have a minor detail,cause i have 4 genres to moderate,so it would be verry handy to ad a colum with the genres,cause my short term memory is very low,and i pay attention to details;

if i see a comment,in a techno track,i might remember wich track they talk about;but just place it on your to do list,

cause everytime i log in,there's something changed,wich only means,you've been workin very hard,its going really fast now;

i authorized my own track, is it a problem? if i follow the rules i imagine its no problem

well people,i have seriously doubts about stryder beeing mod.

1st he's too young(may be sounds cliche'),he's to new to elektrobel....he doesne't know whats been going on in the past

and mostly as moderator,you do a job,you watch comments,so we woulde'nt end up like before;

but ironicaly stryder ,is stiring things up himselves

should i go on..this sounds like a personal vendetta,since i gave him trouble(actually he gave himselves trouble),on the autorizin issue;

kinda agree with you cestqui... but if it's only cuz of posting comments that aren't very polite towards some user then some other moderators could "loose their job" as well.

your point of being here on ebel not long enough might be reason enough to me. I'm on ebel not so so long as well but i followed most discussions here that stirred up the community - same goes for aphone. Some other moderators aren't here as long as well but have credited themselves by posting "quality"song so as artists they are respected...

don't have anything against stryder but if you compare it with other moderators he's not yet enough involved. His name doesn't ring a bell yet - other names do!

1st thing came to my mind for moderatorship was,mik,aphone,funkie,firefrog,and here it comes carbura..ceraitnly for trance;

now i made apoint in the past,by givin up techno...why..cause i diden't have enuff time to make music...all those silly youngsters with fuk it all atitude

why i stirr things up now,cause i read acidently a comment,that consurnes me more then the song,FROM A MOD

now as a team,muhahah i say today,where's the respect,i rest my case

just remember,i have more things to do,then browse a forum,where my name is more mentioned then the nr of songs i can make in a year;

i have to make time then,leave it up to your imagination,what would you do,tss and dont be hypocrit

well, as I said in the past...if a moderator doesn't do his job as he should, and after several discussions and warnings still nothing changes... then he shouldn't be a mod...

so I can follow cestqui and reaman...

modarating takes time and if your fellow mods don't do it right, it takes even more time from you to make it right again, and that is not the plan, now is it?

I'll be checking the comments cestqui has put on his answer when I get home, caus now not much time here at work, and I'll reply once again...

I kinda agree about Stryder, i dont feel hm enough impartial, saw him speakin french lot of times, etc etc...

I had the same feelin as CQI said ( and RESPECT your one of the most direct user on ebel, thats a BIG qualety! ) but since a few days, all is very ok, i mean i didnt notice anything, and i think the best is to ask Stryder, do he take this job seriously and can he change his way of beein mod... I dont like to talk when he's not 'there' . I want to be sure ther are no misunderstanding : we re talkin about the moderator job, not about the guy himself... Maybe there should be minimum one year on ebel to be mod??? I prefer the feelin choices so mek as u wish guys, i dont feel Stryder as mod for now, maybe a bit later, maybe we're wrong.

and its pritty weird he doese'nt show up in here to defend himself,may be i will post some of his messages like he did once,i guess he hase'nt got a foot to stand on this time;
