Can someone tell me why I always have a VERY irritating noise ( gekraak ) when i work on FL . It cant be because of memory, i have 1gig
go to your system and adjust the virtual memory... that'll do it for shure. Had that problem when i started with FL.
Yup, he's right. Goto the sytem, then the audio tab, there you have a slider (or some presets, depends on soundcard) if you hear crackle -> make buffer larger. This dont work infinite thou, at certain point (if u use lots of realtime plugs) crackling will not go away. Just render some loops then & toss some instruments you dont need in project anymore (after saving them, of course)
Oke thanks, but euhm :) don't find it how to adjust...would it be possible to tell me what to do step by step ( windows xp dutch ), thanks ;)
you should adjust it inside fruity, not in windows: in fruity loops, go to options -> audio setings -> adjust 'direct audio streaming buffer' ( to the right to enlarge )
Have fun!
MERCI !!!!! EEEN NIEUWE WERELD DIE OPENGAAT VOOR MIJ, een leven zonder gekraak merci he :P
