Question About Stability
Help neededi heard that people who are using cracks have lots of bugs, crashes and unstability, well i do use original programs, i like to have my licences and i dont have any trouble with any of the programs but my question is... if I accept to collaborate with someone on the internet i have never met to work on a track, if he sends me the file over the internet, in fact you never know if he has made it with cracks or not... if i accept a file and if he made it with a crack... when i open that songfile in my original programs ? will that make my programs bug or become unstabile like the rumors about the cracked programs?

No indeed... it's not the program that he is sendeing.. just the samples of it...

does that also count for vst's ? wich are programs by themselves ? if he sends you a vst, then it's not legal anymore, so if that's true about the bugs, you will get them to.. If you allready have a legal version of the vst you wo'nt get those bugs...
i have legal versions, im just asking if someone sends me by example a cubase file with omnisphere sounds from a omnisphere crack, if i will have problems if i open the cubase file with my legal version of omnisphere, something like i have to reinstall the vst or something because of crashes or anything like that that would occure...
if you have problems of stability with certain VST's, you can just uninstall them; vst's are just add-ons, no changes to the host program.
btw: i've had stability problems with legal plugins (RTAS, VST, AU,..) on big Protools HD-systems too (Waves, Lexicon,.), sometimes it's just a matter of compatibillity or bugs of those plugins

if you have legal vesions, cubase will use your sounds from your legal vst..
