Logged in from different location?
Help neededI keep getting logged out with a message "you logged in from a different location". Anyone have any idea what the problem is?

I get that from time to time and depending on which computer I use, I either get logged in and can continue or it logs me out.
that happens if you open the same electrobel platform twice. (in two different windows) or if you log in from two different computers at the same time.

indeed, doesn't have to mean that u use 2 computers or 2 windows with ebel in it... I got it too a few times, but not much.... Just log back in and its ok...
Dunno, maybe because you use a different computer than at home... Never had it at home, only at work... But I dunno

If I open ebel.be in firefox... and by any reason also in internet explorer... I get the message "you logged in from a different location" on firefox.

and as I have wifi... I got ebel opend on my pc and then I open it on the laptop ... I also get the "different location" message on my pc.
I got this a lot at work. For no apparent reason it would say to me "you logued in from another location" (and that is the exact spelling) Now I did manage to have a lot of tabs with ebel in it open.
