Sabam bugged the office next to ours because there's a radio playing in their kitchen (60euro a year). Our office almost got a fine cause in a corner it has a non-working radio. Glad I wasn't working that day, it might have been hard to shut up and stay pacifist with my mp3-player plugged into to computer.
