voices in tracks

hello mates,

i need to prepare several jingles for the Sense Of Movement radio, small mp3 i'ill drop in the playlist or right before a DJ starts a liveset. a virtual commentator if you like. i'm looking for a way to modify the voice recorded so that it sounds cool. has to sound like max headroom for instance, or technoid but not vocoder.

any idea howto do that and maybe softwrarezzz ?
