Help neededit's really a poducing problem..
some of device with usb connections don't work : stockage key & digital photo shooter
there is the little sound when I connect it but I have no access to them
scanner/printer work so I don't know what's the problem is

chances are that it's a driver problem...I suggest you manually install the drivers
