Darftphunk Right There/Light It Up

Yes after much anticipation Darftphunks debut Right There / Light It Up is now out on Splank! In all good record shops.

For those who don’t know who Daftphunk is then where have you been for the last year?. Darftphunk has been making noise on the breakbeat circuit for the last couple of years thanks to their breathtaking live PA and amazing DJ sets. Approaching the whole music beast in a similar way to that of an unsigned band, Steve Jeffrey and his crew has toured worldwide and rinced out many a NSB night. Amazingly, minus a remix of Myagi’s ‘Release The Hounds’ released on Splank! nearly a year ago, this is their debut outing in the production world.

Right There / Light It Up has been getting cained by the top jocks and has also featured on Plumps DJ’s recent mix for Annie Nightingale’s show, Kiss FM and was nominated by Groove Diggerz as Dancefloor Destroyer in DJ Mag.
