For you spaced out folks, tomorrow there's the free event, 'Welkom to Mars' at the small but unbelievably friendly T-carré-expo-space with this exciting line-up:

80000 (aLOSTaSOULS / Arsonist rec. - BE)

Guitar-based, electronic folkdrones, environment, uneasy scapes + brooding darkness. As 80000, Kwinten Callens did the soundtracks for films by Kurt Dhaeseleer, Hannes Bruneel, Mekhitar Garabedian + Sophie Hamacher.

Chalfont (Snapshots – UK)

Chalfont is about the creation of intensely 'visual' music, with unspoken attempts towards deconstructing or making sense of why we visualise certain personal imagery when confronted with a certain collage of sounds. Is it possible to trigger mental images using music? Experimental performance for synth and various sound sources using techniques of modern musique-concrète and musique acousmatique.
