in construction zone

gave that a try,where few responses on samba oelek;

frustrating at times,when ya are stuck,

just upped one today,not finished,in general section,thinkin again,no one will listen or reply in construction zone;

i'm that honest,to tell, and sadely ,this way wont change a thing;

there for,i also pull the bell,on this subject,and ask everybody,to change some atitude

-listen to songs and comment them in construction zone -post your own unfinished material in construction zone -delete older songs,that are not linked anymore,zark,can hardly make the money,to run it all,at least not forever

let's just face the truth:nobody listeneds to unfinished songs.i like whole the idea but i think it it does not work that way.let's just finish or songs in every possible way we can and wait until somebody comes along who's nice enough to give some constructif comments. ;).b.t.w you don't have to be rude to be honest, no?

well the idea was to make a place where people could post songs they couldn't finish and get some constructive help on getting it finished. But well, things don't always work out the way you want them to be ^^

Anyway, I believe in the concept of having a special section where people can get comments on works in progression. It works in other communities and it can work here too.

If some of the more frequent members here set the example, then I believe the others will follow. It's the principle of "if you help me, then I'll show my gratitude by helping you". Some have to show the initiative and make the effort and the others will appreciate it and start doing the same.

Besides, it's not such a big effort is it? Not that many unfinished songs are uploaded and most of the time they're short fragments.

But there is an overkill of songs to listen to, judge, and if needed contribute to, which you can do by simply messaging the user. I've noticed some collaborations starting here without the need of an in construction zone anyway.

Also remember that not every user is a talented musician (I'm not), not every user will feel they're talented enough to actually believe they can make other people's work better, and a lot of musicians are too busy with their own work anyway :)

i'm just a guy,that happens to be here a long time,seen it,heared it...all

all great initiatifs,remember...we are here to learn,i did,still am mostly in here,with some buds i made here,and i always remember where i came from(from scratch);

i do not post songs ,to posse of to people,but to get them finished; :D

finished is very relative to me,cause as we evolve,our work evolve too,our idea's,hahhaha even our software;

also remind a bit,that your way(or mine),does not mean OUR way,there cant be 1 way too,but there's only 1 e-bel;

i hear many talk,i call that chitt chat,people forget to DO. PEOPLE SHOULD BE MORE ENVOLVED!!ON THEIR OWN INITIATIF.AND HELP WHERE THEY CAN.

i have the idea,that the people who posted on this topic are like me ,concerned,orgenisers,folosophers,may be a bit older,more adult(without kickin the younger ones,k,no offence) i'm going to re-scool me,cause cant do anyjob anymore with my medical conditions(web-design-it managing),if i could, i offer my help where's needed. told zark before,wasen't it the fact,that i'm trying to get my own shit together now;i'm going to the point now,tehhe

but here's a sugestion for the construction zone.....as a non developper

when posted a song in constructionzone,it should be with the other music,but a bit more focused(other lay out,colour),to stick out of the rest , i'm sure if the system works,people will use it,and luv it;

fact is now(today),people are demotivated to post there,so ....

to react to that,make the section more atractive to listeners,more colour to those unfinished ones;

just my detailed eye,and my spoken mind
