We really need some advice on this one. Our first goa song, we attempted to make some shiva shandra style song (schieve sandra as we call the lovely lady). Afraid we reached a dead end. Any help from some hardcore goa-heads? (or anyone else for that matter) let us know cause it's pretty close to the bin right now
it's shiva chandra no idea what could be helpfull to your track...maybe brighten up the highs. you succeeded very well in recreating Daniel Vernunft's vibes!!
some reverb on the intro voice, a hihat on the offbeat somewhere towards the end and a lead melody are what i think this song needs most.

True, song is too flat, but the problem is that we work on a 4 year old laptop, and we're experiencing severe cpu problems, but we'll render some patterns and try to cook somethin up thanks for the advice!
got here number now!!! :) if u wanna make it more agressive, use heavy symbals on every climax and ad an fx sound wich u cuttup in audio and create a beatline with it, make e few more climaxess, use some heavyer vocals, try adding an effect on ure vocals, give it some more blast!!! (if u work on a apple, mine is 5 years old, but u can get a RAM-geheugen card for it with 1 gigabyte memory, it's a bit prisey, but it really wurth it, mine goes like a rocket now!!!! ) regards!!!! :)
the song would have more drive with a nice rolling baseline, try to give it a little more mid. vb1 en alien303 are very good psybaselinevst's, check it out. add some more percussion too. very cool atmo, creepy ambient style. cool song, wanna hear more!
Sounds real dark, that's what I like. You did something I didn't succeed in yet: it's kinda repetitive, but it stays interesting. A chilly beat wit some trippy sounds :) maybe, yo could make it up to +/- 6 minutes, and add a kinda psy melody, the possibilities are innumerable You can really make something outta this!
