a dark roller imo. made the beat from singleshots and processing, the bass with vst's and a LOT of processing... this is the new version, it doesn't sound anything like the previous version, but I'm replacing this one anyway comments or suggestions are apreciated! ez
yes in my new song I had seperate projects for basslines, beats and some other sounds. It's much easier to work with and you can cut and copy to make interesting combinations etc ^^ it's a great deal of fun! be sure to check out the song, it's called 'Stranglehold'

hey astray. i can give you a little tip for that cpu ussage: just bounce your tracks or in ableton freeze them. bouncing is rendering your channels to a .wav or .mp3 file. and delete the efx and synth used, making alot of cpu free. but, do this only when happy about the sound bacause as you can imagin, it's harder to change the sound then. but with the cpu saved you can re-use and add other efx to the bounced track. i use it al the time. it feels more like sampling but with your own sounds. great track too. cheers
nice goiin man , here's my honest opinion. diggin that glitch , but the breaks could have more definition and more rollin in a way with hats (and putting a feed on that) because to me it feels like a stomper. (wa ook mogelijk is eh) you also use that pad or synth after the drop. I would leave that out beacuse it takes away the impact of the beats. tmocht eigenlijk ook wel sneller staan voor mij :) 177 ofzo tis wel heel goed geproduced ze. et klinkt allemaal clean en ne goeie samenhang keep up n tot de volgende

ja die pad maakt het zo wa zweverig éh, heb zitten twijfelen om die er uit te halen, ma tis work in progress éh, tzal helaas voor na de examens zijn, nu ff geen tijd ^^
