It's the story of an old phoenix looking for a place in space to pass away, he's agonizing, crying, shouting and finally dying, end of story ? Not at all, it's only the beginning, the mythic bird is rising from is own ashes and growing, slowly but surely. Don't expect something spatial or weird as this track is poetry where words have been replaced by notes. Hope you'll enjoy it.
Thanks fragment. The spooky begin is of course the phoenix who is dying, shouting his pain. Then he rises from his own ashes and grows.
hey aia ,long time ,how are you. enjoying it, the rising is big,and the new life (heartbeat melody) sounds good,nice to have an evolution from the first somewhat doubtfull/strange mood to (04:01) a clearminded mood/atmo. some sounds are recognisable from an other track of yours wich is a nice thing. greetings
Haha, thanks Skip. Nice to see you again. Yes I know, I've been busy with the new born, and I had no more inspiration to make music for months, always tired, blah! Now I'm back with new ideas. I'm already working on a second opus of this new "Album". Something quite unusual for me as it's a "dancefloor track" ... hmmm ... at least, for now, it can always change with my mood :p The album has already a name : "Fairy Tales" and the track I'm working on is a story about a snubbed malevolent fairy based on Disney's sleeping beauty. Her name was "Maléfice" in french, don't know what it was in english or dutch, but I just LOVE this character and the track is thus full of energy, darkness and magic :)
